W.A.L.T... Identify   that preserving removes one or more of the conditions that fungi and bacteria need for growth.

Next time I will do more cultures . While doing this I enjoyed learning about different cultures.

Mould

W.A.L.T... Explore mould 

This week we opened our packages to see if they  had grown any mould.

These are our results .

While doing this I enjoyed seeing our results and comparing to others to see if we had more or not .

Next time I will write more about what we did and how we can prevent mould.

Matariki

W.A.L.T... Use our prior knowledge along with the text to synthesis new ideas

I enjoyed doing this because I got to work with a buddy. Next time we will make it longer and add more information. 

Fair test !

This term my class has been learning about mould. Then with what we know about mould we did a fair test this means that everything is the same except one thing we had to test to see what on would grow the most mould these are my results.

While doing this I enjoyed talking with my peers to find out what we would test. 

Next time I would change how big it was as I think this is why no mould grew.

The legend of Lost socks

The past few weeks my class have been writing our own legends .

I decided to write mine about Mount Everest and missing socks

While doing this I enjoyed trying to use show not tell 

Next time I will write more in depth and try to hook the reader more.

God is Great !

W.A.L.T ...Recognize that god is spirit wairua and is greater than anything created.

Next time I will ... Add in more because I am grateful for more things other than those things.

While doing this I enjoyed picking out the things that I most value in life .
